Customize the background
1. From the home screen, right click any empty space on the home screen then click Personalize.
Note: Alternately, you can click the 
Start icon > 
Settings icon > Personalization.
2. Click the Background tab, then edit background settings as desired.
Change the theme
From the Personalization screen, click the Themes tab then click the desired theme.
Add an app to the home screen
From the home screen, click the Start icon then click and drag the desired app to the desired location on the home screen.
Remove an app from the home screen
From the home screen, right click the desired app then click Delete.
Add a folder to the home screen
Right click any empty space on the home screen, then click New > Folder.
Remove a folder
From the home screen, right click the desired folder then click Delete.
