2Manager has HORRIBLE customer service!
Let me clarify that the young lady who helped me was wonderful. After upgrading my phone, I bought a charger and when I got home and opened the box (which for some reason was almost impossible to open and I ripped it) I realised the charger was for my old phone. I tried to return it and the manager would not take it because of the ripped box. The charger was COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED. He could have used it as display, sold it to another customer w/o the box at a discount or given me a store credit. He did NOTHING. He kept saying there was nothing he could do but there were three things he could have done, he just CHOSE not to. He did offer more merchandise, but honestly, there was nothing else I needed. I am a long time (over 8 years) customer and this was the worst customer "service" was horrendous. - March 23, 20215Was VERY pleased with the personable, and thorough help in my most recent purchase here. Mr. Khan was a pleasure to deal with, and up able to answer all my questions in a most accommodating manner.
