Get same-day delivery for select phones

Find out if your smartphone order qualifies for same-day delivery. Plus, get delivery and setup details.


Eligibility requirements

Your smartphone order may be eligible for same-day delivery. It must be:

  • A smartphone-only upgrade order. Check your upgrade status to see if you’re eligible. Accessories, tablets, wearables, and new line activations aren’t eligible.
  • A smartphone that’s in stock. If the phone goes out of stock before it’s delivered, we’ll cancel the order and let you know right away. You can reorder it and choose a different shipping option.
  • Delivered to a select ZIP Code. When placing a smartphone order, enter your delivery address. If you see the same-day delivery option, it qualifies. (Keep in mind, this delivery option is only available in select markets at this time.)
  • Placed by late afternoon. Cut-off times may vary based on holidays or weekends.

FYI: If any eligibility requirements aren’t met, the same-day delivery option won’t appear. Keep in mind, you can choose other shipping options or pick up your phone at a store.

Secondary ID verification

For your security, you may be asked to upload a copy of a valid ID within 30 minutes of placing your order. You’ll see this notice via email, text, or when you check your order status.

Follow the steps to upload your ID and confirm identity. Once confirmed, your order’s good to go. Otherwise, it’ll be canceled and you’ll have to reorder your phone.

Delivery info

Your same-day delivery will typically arrive between 5-7 p.m. Make sure someone’s home to get your order. Check your email or text to get your arrival window and delivery PIN.

  1. Go to your Order details page to view your delivery PIN and follow your delivery. When you select Follow my delivery, you get up-to-the-minute delivery info, and you can chat with your driver, if needed.
  2. Provide the delivery PIN to the driver.

Good to know

  • You can’t change the delivery addresses after placing a same-day delivery order.
  • Once your order’s out for delivery, you can’t cancel or reschedule.
  • If the delivery doesn’t go through, your order will be sent back and canceled. You’ll have to place a new order online or in a store.
