Eligibility requirements
Your smartphone order may be eligible for same-day delivery. It must be:
- A smartphone-only upgrade order. Check your upgrade status to see if you’re eligible. Accessories, tablets, wearables, and new line activations aren’t eligible.
- A smartphone that’s in stock. If the phone goes out of stock before it’s delivered, we’ll cancel the order and let you know right away. You can reorder it and choose a different shipping option.
- Delivered to a select ZIP Code. When placing a smartphone order, enter your delivery address. If you see the same-day delivery option, it qualifies. (Keep in mind, this delivery option is only available in select markets at this time.)
- Placed by late afternoon. Cut-off times may vary based on holidays or weekends.
FYI: If any eligibility requirements aren’t met, the same-day delivery option won’t appear. Keep in mind, you can choose other shipping options or pick up your phone at a store.
Secondary ID verification
For your security, you may be asked to upload a copy of a valid ID within 30 minutes of placing your order. You’ll see this notice via email, text, or when you check your order status.
Follow the steps to upload your ID and confirm identity. Once confirmed, your order’s good to go. Otherwise, it’ll be canceled and you’ll have to reorder your phone.
