Customers moving from Call Protect Plus app store billing to ActiveArmor advanced mobile security with AT&T billing

In June 2022, AT&T replaced Call Protect Plus with ActiveArmor Advanced mobile security, which offers more features for the same price ($3.99 per month).

On January 30, 2023, AT&T removed the Call Protect Plus app from Apple and Google stores. We also canceled your Call Protect Plus subscription and billing from these stores.

To keep you protected:

• When your app store subscription ends, AT&T will give you access to the ActiveArmor Advanced mobile security. It will be the same price as your canceled Call Protect Plus subscription ($3.99 per month).
• We’ll charge the $3.99 per month Advanced mobile security subscription price to your monthly AT&T bill.
• To get started, just download the ActiveArmor app and we’ll take care of the rest. If it’s already downloaded, and you want advanced mobile security, you’re all set.

If you decide you don’t want the protection of advanced mobile security, you can download the ActiveArmor app and get basic call protection features to help block spam.
