Charging good, everything else bad!
It charges just fine. The problem is the side arms to hold the phone are very weak and inadequate. Also, prongs to grab the vent are very inadequate. They just don't work. If your vehicle goes over the smallest bump it falls out of the vent. 1/10 rating!

Falling Mount

Do not buy this product. The phone will keep slipping down until it falls out. The back over a couple a weeks loosens up and will not stay secure on the vent. Today the mount fell off and pushed my gear shift into reverse. This is a dangerous product

Q: I'm guessing it does not work with iPhone XS max. Do you have one that does and will it guarantee a toyota Rav-4 mount? MOST of everything i've looked at, doesn't have one or more features i want.

- A: Hi Debra in Rock, Yes, in the compatibility list on the site, it lists an iPhone XS Max. I answered your other question about the mount on a Rav-4. I'm not sure why certain mounts don't work with it, but I am thinking this should. Q: Wait. So this mount has to be plugged in in order to charge the phone? What’s the difference between plugging the mount into the car jack and charging your phone and plugging in the phone and putting it in a regular mount?
