Super simple installation #ftw
I like this glass protector- it was SO simple to install. there is a plastic guide that made it pretty much foolproof to place on my phone. I'm very satisfied

Very Low Quality
I was sold on buying the AT&T brand glass over a competitor. One of the biggest selling points was that there wasn't a fee to replace the protector while the competitor had a replacement fee. Turns out that the AT&T glass has a higher replacement fee than then competitor. My first screen was totally destroyed within two weeks while the competitor lasted months and months at a time. My second protector was damaged (the photo attached) within a few hours even though my phone was not dropped or hanSee more

Very unhappy about how I was sold on this item and the poor quality.

They sell you a lifetime replacement plan for the iPhone 11/XR yet now I’m being told I can no longer get any. That sounds like a bunch of bait and switch garbage. Guess I’ll go to Walmart and get it cheaper.

Lifetime Replacement Program

Do love the screen protector but….when I needed it replaced, went to the store and was charged $10+ for it? Come to the AT&T website and they’re $5 to order one? How is this a lifetime replacement program if it cost more to replace a damaged one, than to buy it online? When I bought it originally it at full price!! Doesn’t seem right to me! So don’t think it’s a lifetime replacement, it’s not! Not impressed!! False advertising!

Doesn’t fit the screen

I bought this today from a corporate AT&T store and it doesn’t cover the entire screen like my old one. The old last almost 2 yrs but apparently was not the AT&T brand so I paid for a new one. The guy installed it well but the fact that it doesn’t cover the whole screen is distracting and the last protect I had it was the edges that got chipped so I afraid this new one won’t protect where I need it. This new one looks dinky and like I got the wrong size.
No, I do not recommend this product.
