Wonderful Phone!
I like this phone once you give it a few tweaks here and there. It has better reception than an iPhone and I can actually enjoy using it with an included MP3 player, much like the phones "Cingular Wireless" once had. I would recommend to all who want a rich internet experience without the bells and whistles of a smartphone.

Does not work right
This phone reboots when checking text messages. The reception on this phone is horrible. Waste of money.

Great phone on a budget

I bought this phone for my mother in law because she prefers flip phones. She had seen a phone like this that another company offered at one point and was disappointed we did not have one. This phone reminds me of the high end flip phones before smart phones. The clear large screen and large keypad are easy to use for everyone and the 3 favorite contact buttons at the top of the keypad are very helpful.

The software is a train wreck.

The phone itself is wonderful. Solid, compact, rugged looking, affordable, with claimed talk and standby times much better than other flip phones in the same price range.
The software is horrible. Sending a text to someone in your address book requires navigation of several menus. Making a call to someone in your address book requires navigating several menus to reach the address book then one must scroll through NINE DEDICATED AT&T NUMBERS to get to your first contact. These numbers cannot be deleted, renamed, or moved to the end of the list. There is NO easy navigation with this device.
One the plus side, the three hot keys on the top are great . Push one button - and the call goes through. It is so sad that the other functions cannot be so simple to access.

Poor design

Nine days after getting this new phone, the hinge broke....on it's own. In my opinion it broke due to poor design and materials. I was told however that it was "physical damage" and therefore there was nothing that could be done to repair or replace it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

- A: Hi Enzo1976! The first thing I would recommend doing is removing the SIM card after turning off the phone, cleaning the gold contacts and put it back into the device. Once the phone is back on again, please see if the phone is receiving services. If not I would highly recommend checking out our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool which is located here: https://troubleshoot.att.com/devicetroubleshoot/index.html?s=DS#home . Once there, select the phone’s make and model and then go to Service/network issues > Phone calls. If the steps in the Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool did not work, then you may need a new SIM card.
