Now that I am used to it I like it. It was a struggle, before I had a LG and loved it. I was sad to hear they don't make cell phones anymore. My new phone had issues with cutting out and echoing. I talked to three representatives on the phone and two trips to an ATT store. When finally I got to the right person at the Hammond, IN store. I wish I could have gotten his name, he was the best. He did a simple thing like turn off wifi calling and not more problems. It kind of makes you wonder what kiSee more

I wasn’t aware that this phone has a completely different charger than any I own. AND that the phone wouldn’t arrive with a charger. I returned it.

Decent Budget Phone, Frustrating at Times

I got this phone a little over a year ago. At first it worked okay. It lagged a little, but nothing that bothered me too much. Now it lags and locks up all the time and it drops my wifi connection several times a day. I have a limited data plan so this means there have been several months of overage charges, and it's very frustrating since I'm on a fixed budget. I did everything to make sure it wasn't our wifi at home, and this also happens when I use other wifi locations. I would get rid of the phone and buy a different one if I had the extra money, but I'm stuck with this one for a while.

My parent bought this phone for me a while back and it is amazing. The battery life is tremendous and much better than apples battery life. If you are looking to get a good affordable phone this is the one for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone a few months ago and I love it. The features are great. The settings are easy to set up. The phone is easy to navigate and use. I do much better with an android device. I love the photo editing tool. I'm still learning all the great features. The only drawback that I have is that there are a lot of pre-programed apps that I don't use such as games.
