Avid iPhone junkie
I was fed up with apple and how they control what you can do with your device if anything happened to it. I swapped to the Samsung Galaxy s10+. I LOVE this phone. Literally no complaints against this device. I hope it keeps performing as well as it is now. I waited a week after buying this phone to post a review. If you are on the edge from swapping after having iPhones, take the leap of faith. You won't regret it.

phone doesn't work
I received the phone. Powered it on, and it asked for a pin code. I've never gotten into the phone, its locked. So, right now, on my opinion, this phone sucks. Would yall care to tell me how to exchange it?

I LOVE mobile technology!!! I predominantly have used iPhones with the exception of the Galaxy S8. I had read and watched reviews about the S10 and was impressed so I decided to put down my iPhone X and upgrade to the S10+. This is a feature rich phone with so many options to customize it the way you want, very different from iOS. The camera takes great photos if not a bit saturated and the ultra wide angle is very useful when you want to capture a big scene. The display is nothing short of amazing, Samsung makes the best!! Expandable memory and headphone jack. You won’t be disappointed with this phone!!

Technology is advancing, durability is regressing

I have not had this phone very long. Despite being in a case and having a screen protector, the glass broke. Already. And to be honest, I have no idea how because it was sitting on the counter for 2 hours. I haven't even had this 2 months. I have had Samsung Galaxy S5 for years and have been used as play phones for my 3 young children for the last 3 years or so. and those are holding strong with no glass breaking issues. My husband has an S8 and the glass has not broken at all. So that is why I chose to go back to Samsung after having an iPhone as my last phone. This is just disappointing. The cost of the phone alone is crazy. Add in the fact the durability is poor, and I now I have to pay to get it fixed. It was not worth the purchase. I do not recommend this phone.
One other issue is the screen is wrapped around slightly on the edges and is touch sensitive. I had issues with use right away because of this. I quickly got a case which helped with the problem.
One positive is that the camera is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I preordered this phone with little to no issues for the four years of use. It has been a great phone for me and I would highly recommend it. The only problems that I found was fogging up on the front camera and the SIM card reader groing out after 4 years.
