Backing up iPhone using iCloud
Your device can automatically back up your data - including contacts, photos, videos, documents and more - to iCloud. Regularly backing up your device to iCloud will allow you to easily restore your data onto a new device.
1.
From the Home screen, tap Settings.

From the Settings app, select your profile.
3.
Tap iCloud.
From this screen, you can view apps using iCloud and manage your iCloud storage plan.
4.
Tap iCloud Backup.
5.
Tap or slide the Back Up This iPhone switch to ON.
If necessary, tap OK.
6.
You've completed the steps!
