Changing touch and hold delay settings
You can adjust how long you need to press on your device in order for it to register as a "tap."
1.
From within the Settings app, scroll to and tap Accessibility.

Scroll to and tap Timing controls.
3.
Select Touch & hold delay.
4.
Select your preferred delay time.
