Using Siri by typing
Enable Type to Siri so that you can send queries to Siri by typing them. This is useful if you are speech impaired or need to use Siri in a situation where you are unable to talk.
1.
From the Home screen, tap Settings.

Scroll to General.
3.
Tap General.
4.
Tap Accessibility.
5.
Scroll to Siri.
Siri must be active to access this feature.
6.
Tap Siri.
7.
Tap or slide the Type to Siri switch to ON.
8.
Press and hold the Home button.
9.
Type your request.
10.
Tap the Done key.
11.
You've completed the steps!
