Inserting and removing the nano SIM card
Learn how to insert, remove, and replace a SIM card in your device.
1.
Locate the nano SIM tray at the bottom of your device.
You must have a nano SIM card inserted in your phone to place calls, access the internet, download apps and share pictures over your carrier's network.
2.
Press the card insertion/removal tool into the nano SIM card tray pinhole and push in until the tray releases.
3.
Slide the nano SIM card tray out of its slot.
A nano SIM card may already be inserted in your phone.
4.
Insert or remove the nano SIM card into or from the tray with the gold contacts facing the front of the phone.
You may also place your card in the reverse slot of the same tray, facing the back of your phone.
5.
Press the nano SIM card tray back into its slot until it clicks, making sure it's secure.
6.
You've completed the steps!
