1. From the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
   
2. Tap the Keypad icon.
   
3. Touch and hold the '1' icon.
   
4. If you have unheard messages, press the * icon to get to the Main Menu.
   
5. Press the '4' icon to change your personal options.
   
6. Press the '2' icon to change your administrative options.
   
7. Press the '1' icon for password options.
   
8. Press the '1' icon to change your password, then follow instructions to enter a new password.
