1. From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
2. Swipe to, then tap Usage Manager.
   
3. Tap Data usage.
   
4. Tap the Mobile data switch to enable and disable mobile data.
   
5. Tap the Set mobile data limit tickmark to set a mobile data limit.
   
6. Tap OK.
   
7. Touch, then drag the warning and limit bars to set the desired warning and cutoff limits.
   
8. To change the billing cycle, tap the Data usage cycle list.
   
9. Tap Change cycle....
   
10. Touch, then drag the reel to set the desired cycle reset date.
    
11. Tap Set.
