1. Insert the microUSB end of the cable into the port of the device.
   
2. Insert the opposite end into the port of the computer.
   
3. To transfer files to/from a Mac, Download and install the Windows Phone app.
   
4. Open the Windows Phone app.
   
5. Click Browse Device.
   
6. Drag and drop the desired files to and from the device and computer.
   
7. To transfer files to/from a PC, click the Start menu.
   
8. Click Computer.
   
9. Double click the device drive.
   
10. Navigate to the desired folder.
    
11. Drag and drop the desired files to transfer to/from the device.
