1. From the Start screen, tap the Phone tile.
   
2. Tap the Keypad icon.
   
3. Touch and hold the 1 icon to dial voicemail.
   
4. Enter the current voicemail password, if prompted.
   
5. If you have unheard messages, press '*' to get to the Main Menu.
   
6. Press '4' to change your personal options.
   
7. Press '2' to change your administrative options.
   
8. Press '1' for password options.
   
9. Press '1' to change your password then follow instructions to enter a new password.
