1. From the Start screen, tap the Internet Explorer tile.
   
2. Tap recommended, if prompted.
   
3. Tap the Web address field.
   
4. Enter the desired web address, then tap the Return icon.
   
5. To add a site to favorites, tap the Menu icon.
   
6. Tap add to favorites.
   
7. Edit bookmark information as desired, then tap the Save icon.
   
8. To access a favorite, tap the Menu icon.
   
9. Tap favorites.
   
10. Tap the desired favorite to open.
    
11. To view open tabs, tap the Tab icon.
    
12. Tap the X icon to close an open tab.
    
13. Tap the + icon to create and open a new tab.
