1. While entering text, tap the Shift icon to enable Shift.
   
2. Tap the Shift icon twice to enable CAPS LOCK.
   
3. Tap the &123 icon to enter numbers and special characters.
   
4. Tap the Arrow icon to view additional special characters.
   
5. Tap the abcd icon to return to the standard keyboard.
   
6. Tap the Emoticon icon to enter emoticons.
   
7. Tap the abc icon to return to the standard keyboard.
   
8. Tap the Delete icon to delete a character.
   
9. To copy and paste, first triple-tap the desired text area.
   
10. Touch and drag the Highlight markers to select the desired text.
    
11. Tap the Copy icon.
    
12. While entering text, tap the Paste icon to paste the copied text.
