1. Basic Voicemail allows you to dial into your voicemail box, and follow the voice prompts to listen to or manage voice messages. 
   Note: For security reasons, your voicemail must be set up from your AT&T wireless device and from within the AT&T coverage area.
   
2. If you are an existing AT&T customer, your Voicemail (including your password) will transfer to your new phone. 
   Note: To reset your voicemail password, go to att.com/resetvm.
   
3. From the home screen, press and hold the 1 key to call voicemail.
   
4. Enter the required password, then press the Center Nav Key.
   
5. Follow the prompts to set up or listen to voicemails.
