1. From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Device Settings menu.
   Note: Performing a factory reset will delete all personal data from the device. This process cannot be reversed.
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Security and Privacy.
   
4. Scroll to, then tap Security Wipe.
   
5. Scroll to, then tap the Text field, then enter 'blackberry'.
   
6. Tap Delete Data.
