1. To access Visual Voicemail on this device, you must have the AT&T Visual Voicemail app downloaded from the Playstore.
   Note: Go to Play Store > Search for Visual Voicemail > tap INSTALL > tap ACCEPT.
   
2. To use Visual Voicemanil, from the homescreen, tap the Apps.
   
3. Swipe to and tap the Visual Voicemail icon.
   Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
   
4. Tap the Desired message to listen to the voicemail.
   
5. Tap the play/pause button to listen to or pause the voicemail.
   
6. Tap the Menu icon for additional options.
   
7. The additional options allow you to add the caller to your contacts and share, save, or export your voicemail message.
   
8. To delete the voicemail message, tap the delete icon.
   
9. Tap DELETE.
   
10. The voicemail has now been deleted
