1. From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Action center.
   
2. Tap ALL SETTINGS.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap call+SMS filter.
   
4. To enable or disable the call and SMS filter, tap the Block calls+SMS toggle.
   
5. To block a number, tap the Messaging icon from the home screen.
   
6. Touch and hold the desired contact or phone number.
   
7. Tap block number.
   
8. Tap ok.
   
9. To remove a phone number from the blocked list, tap the menu icon.
   
10. Tap blocked SMS.
    
11. Tap blocked numbers.
    
12. Touch and hold the desired number.
    
13. Tap unblock.
