1. To remove an app from the home screen, touch and hold the icon.
   
2. Drag the icon to Remove, and then release.
   
3. To delete an app from the device, from the home screen tap the Apps icon.
   
4. Tap the Menu icon.
   
5. Tap Uninstall.
   
6. Tap the desired app, then follow the on-screen prompts.
