- The Power button turns the device on and off when pressed and held for 2 seconds. It is also the main means of responding to the prompts on the LCD screen.
- The Mute Switch toggles sound alerts on and off.
- The LCD Screen provides device information and connection status information.
- The MicroUSB port connects the mobile hotspot to your computer or to an AC wall charger via the provided USB cable.
- The External Radio Frequency Antenna connectors allow you to connect the mobile hotspot to additional antennae to improve signal reception in areas with poor signal strength.

- The SIM card contains your specific AT&T account information. The device will not connect to AT&T Mobile Broadband networks without it present.
- The Reset button allows the device to be reset to its factory defaults manually. Insert a pin-like tool into the pinhole, then hold for 5 seconds.
