1. Loosen the rear battery cover by lifting up on the notch.
   
2. Remove the back cover.
   
3. Lift the battery using the notch at the bottom of the battery bay.
   
4. Remove the battery from the device entirely.
   
5. Place the nano-SIM card in the designated slot, making sure the gold contacts on the card are facing down.
   
6. Push the nano-SIM in all the way.
   
7. Replace the battery.
   
8. Replace the battery cover.
   
9. Snap down the edges to secure the battery cover.
