1. From the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
   Note: You can also access your Visual Voicemail box by tapping Apps > Visual Voicemail. The icon will display the number of new voicemail messages.
   
2. Tap the Voicemail icon. The number in parenthesis indicates the number of new voicemail messages.
   Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
   
3. Tap the desired message to listen to the message.
   
4. Tap the Menu icon to access more options.
   
5. To delete a message, tap Delete.
   
6. To save a message, tap Save.
   
7. To turn on voicemail transcription, tap Settings.
   Note: Voicemail transcription data rates apply.
   
8. Tap Transcribe message to text.
