1. To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
   Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
   
2. To set your voicemail password, from the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
   
3. Touch and hold '1'.
   
4. Follow the In-call prompts to change your voicemail password.
   
5. You can also reset your Voicemail password within the Visual Voicemail App. To begin, tap the Visual Voicemail app.
   
6. Tap the Menu icon.
   
7. Tap Settings.
   
8. Tap Change voicemail password.
   
9. Enter your Existing password, and tap Continue.
   
10. Enter your new password, and tap Continue.
    
11. Enter your new password again, and tap Finish.
