Change or Reset Voicemail Password
Reset a forgotten password or change an existing voicemail password.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- To change your voicemail password, you must know your current voicemail password.
Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
- To set your voicemail password, from the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
- Touch and hold '1'.
- Follow the In-call prompts to change your voicemail password.
- You can also reset your Voicemail password within the Visual Voicemail App. To begin, tap the Visual Voicemail app.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Change voicemail password.
- Enter your Existing password, and tap Continue.
- Enter your new password, and tap Continue.
- Enter your new password again, and tap Finish.
