1. To lock the device, press the Power/Lock key.
   
2. To unlock the device press the Power/Lock key.
   
3. Swipe up to unlock.
   
4. To set additional screen security, swipe down from the Notification bar.
   
5. Tap the Settings icon.
   
6. Scroll to, then tap Lock screen.
   
7. Tap Screen lock.
   
8. Tap the Desired option.
   Note: For this demonstration, “Pattern” was chosen.
   
9. Swipe the Desired pattern on the screen.
   
10. Tap Continue.
    
11. Swipe the Desired pattern on the screen again.
    
12. Tap Confirm.
    
13. Select Desired notification options and tap DONE.
    
14. To change the pattern code, tap Screen lock.
    
15. Swipe the Current pattern.
    
16. Tap the Desired option.
    Note: For this demonstration, “Pattern” was chosen.
    
17. Swipe the new Pattern, then tap Continue.
    
18. Re-enter the New Pattern, then tap Continue.
    
19. Tap Confirm.
    
20. When phone is locked, Swipe the pattern to unlock the screen.
