App troubleshooting

Use application manager and usage manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. To clear the app cache, tap the Recent apps key.

  3. To stop an app via Usage Manager, from the recent apps screen, tap the Menu icon.

  4. Tap Running apps.

  5. Tap the Desired app.

  6. Tap Stop.

  8. To update an app, from the Home screen, tap the Play Store icon.

  10. Tap My apps.

  11. Tap the Desired app.

  12. Tap Update.

  14. To remove and reinstall an app, from the My Apps menu, tap the Desired app.

  15. Tap UNISTALL.

  17. To reinstall an app, tap INSTALL.
