1. To place a call, from the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
   
2. Enter the desired phone number.
   
3. Tap CALL.
   
4. To call a stored contact, from the home screen, tap People.
   
5. Tap the Desired contact.
   
6. Tap the Desired number.
   
7. When receiving a call, tap ANSWER to answer the call.
   
8. While receiving a call, tap DECLINE to reject the incoming call, and send it to voicemail.
   
9. After declining an incoming call, tap Cancel or tap Send text to respond to the caller with a text message.
   
10. While on a call, the Call in Progress icon will be displayed in the notification bar.
    
11. To answer a waiting call, tap ANSWER.
    
12. Tap Merge calls to create a conference call.
    
13. Tap DECLINE, to decline a waiting call.
    
14. Select the Desired option.
    Note: For this demonstration, ‘send text’ was selected.
    
15. Tap the Desired message to send.
