App troubleshooting

Use application manager and usage manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. To clear your app cache, swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap the Settings icon.

  2. Scroll to and tap Apps.

  3. Tap Desired app, then tap CLEAR CACHE.

  4. To stop an app via the Usage Manager tap AT&T folder > Usage Manager CLOSE ALL APPS.

  5. To see if an app update is available, tap the Play Store icon.

  6. Tap the Menu icon.

  7. Tap My apps.

  8. Tap the Desired app you would like to update.

  9. Tap UPDATE.

  10. To remove an app, tap UNINSTALL.

  11. Tap OK.

  12. To reinstall tap INSTALL.

  13. Tap ACCEPT.
