1. To turn the device on, press and hold the Power button at the top of the device.
   Note: For more information on activating service click here.
   
2. Once prompted, choose your Desired language, then tap Next.
   
3. Enter the language prompts and time zone, then tap Next.
   
4. Accept the License terms.
   
5. You will be prompted to personalize your device. Give your PC a name then tap Next.
   
6. Select the Desired network for connection.
   
7. You will be prompted to Use express settings or Customize. It's recommended to choose Express settings.
   
8. Sign in to your Microsoft account, then tap Next.
   
9. Verify the last four digits of your phone number, then tap Next.
   
10. You will then be prompted to choose to set-up your device as a new PC, or transfer any info from your old PC. Select your Desired option, then tap Next.
    
11. Tap Next to set up your OneDrive.
    Note: Your camera roll and pc settings will automatically be backed up to the cloud and the new documents you create will be saved to OneDrive by default.
    
12. Your device will install your apps and finish setting up for you.
    
13. The device is ready for use.
