1. To turn the watch on, press and hold the Power button until the LG logo appears on the watch face.
   
2. Press the Power button once to return to the watch face.
   
3. Press the Power button twice quickly to turn the Theater mode on and off. 
   
4. Press the Power button three times quickly to turn the Brightness boost mode on.
   
5. To open Contacts, press the Top right button.
   Note: Favorite contacts will display on the watch face but all phone contacts are available by saying "Ok Google"
   
6. To open the Fitness app, press the Bottom right button.
   
7. To open the App list, press and hold the Power button.
   Note: The App list order will display with the most recently used app at the top. Swipe up to view all Apps.
   
8. The Watch charging terminal is located on the back of the watch.
   
9. The Heart rate sensor is located on the back of the watch.
   
10. The SIM Cap Opener is included with your watch and used to open the back of your watch if you ever need to remove or insert the SIM.
    Note: Your watch will come with the SIM card pre-installed.
