1. To access Dual window, tap the Recent Apps key.
   
2. From Recent Apps, tap Dual window.
   
3. Tap the desired apps to open. 
   Note: For this demonstration, we will use the Messages and Chrome. 
   
4. Touch and drag the Blue divider icon to adjust the window size.
   
5. To access more options, tap the Menu icon.
   
6. To close the window, tap X.
   
7. To expand a window, tap the Expand icon. 
   
8. To access the apps tray, tap the Apps icon. 
   
9. To switch the windows around, tap the Rotate icon.
   
10. To turn Dual window on or off, swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap the Settings icon.
    
11. From the Device tab, scroll to, then tap the Dual window.
    
12. Then tap the On/Off switch.
