1. ACCESS SPEAKER OR KEYPAD: While on an active call, select the Speaker icon to turn speakerphone on or off. Select the Keypad icon to show or hide the keypad.
   
2. ADJUST THE VOLUME: Press the Volume buttons on the right side of the device. Select Mute to mute or unmute the call.
   
3. HOLD/RESUME CALL: Select the Hold icon. Select the Hold icon again to resume your call.
   
4. ACCESS HOME SCREEN: Select the Home key.
   
5. RETURN TO AN ACTIVE CALL: Select the Active call notification.
   
6. ADD A CALL: Select Add call. Enter the desired number, then select the Call icon.
   
7. END A CALL: Select the End call icon.
