Can't access certain websites

What to do if you can't access certain websites when using your device.

  1. If you can't access certain websites, check that the content filter is not on. Access by tapping Security > Content Filters.
    Note: Content filter will only be available if enabled from the AT&T Wifi Manager.

  2. Check the Scheduler to make sure you don't have a schedule blocking access.
