App troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar, then tap the Settings icon.

  4. Scroll to, then tap the desired app.

  5. To force stop the app, tap FORCE STOP.

  6. To clear cache data, from the Application manager, scroll to and tap the Desired app.

  7. Tap Storage.

  8. Tap CLEAR CACHE.

  9. To uninstall an app, from the Play Store, tap the Menu icon.

  10. Tap My apps.

  11. Scroll to, then tap the desired app.

  12. Tap UNINSTALL.

  14. To reinstall the app, tap INSTALL.

  15. To update an app, from My apps, scroll to, then tap the desired app marked with "UPDATE".
