1. From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
2. Swipe to and tap the Visual Voicemail icon.
   Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
   
3. Tap the Message to view.
   
4. Tap the Play icon to play the message.
   
5. Tap the Pause icon to pause the voicemail.
   Note: Tap the Play icon to resume playing.
   
6. To delete the voicemail, tap Delete.
   
7. Tap Delete.
   
8. To return the call, tap Call Back.
   
9. To save, share, or export a voicemail, tap the Menu icon and select the desired option.
