1. To set up Visual Voicemail from the home screen tap Phone.
   
2. From the DIALPAD, tap the Visual Voicemail icon. 
   Note: Alternately, you can set up voicemail by pressing and holding the number 1 key.
   
3. Tap Begin Setup.
   Note: If you are a new customer and have not established a voicemail box, you will be prompted to choose a voicemail password and greeting.
   
4. Tap Accept.
   
5. Tap Finish.
   
6. To turn on voicemail to text for users who want voicemail messages transcribed into text, tap the Menu icon > Settings > Voicemail to text checkbox.
   
7. Visual Voicemail is complete.
