Email settings

Manage email settings such as sync frequency, server settings, signature, deleting an email account, and more.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. To access the email settings, from the start screen, tap the Outlook Mail tile.

  2. Tap the Menu icon.

  3. Tap Settings.

  4. Tap Accounts.

  5. Tap the desired account.

  6. To set the email sync frequency, tap the Change mailbox sync settings.

  7. Tap the Download new content dropdown menu.

  8. Tap desired setting.

  9. Tap the Server entry field.  Enter domain information and tap the checkmark to confirm.

  10. To edit the message signature, tap the menu icon.

  13. To use an email signature tap the Signature toggle switch on and enter the desired signature.

  14. To add an account, from the Settings menu tap Accounts.

  16. Tap account type and follow on-screen prompts to set up.

  17. To delete an account, from the settings menu tap Accounts.

  18. Tap Your email and accounts.

  19. Tap the desired account.

  20. Tap Manage.

  21. Tap Delete account to remove the account from your device.
