Change or reset voicemail password
Reset a forgotten password or change an existing voicemail password.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- To change your Visual Voicemail password, you must know your current password.
Note: If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
- From the home screen, tap Phone.
- Tap the Visual Voicemail icon.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Change password.
- Enter Desired new password, then tap CONTINUE.
- Reenter Desired new password, then tap OK.
- To change your Voicemail password by calling, from the home screen tap Phone > tap and hold 1 > Enter Voicemail password > tap 4 > tap 2 > tap 1 > tap 1 > Enter New Desired Voicemail password.
Note: To change your voicemail password via the IVR, you must know your current voicemail password. If you have forgotten your existing voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.
