Smart Home Manager
You can restart your gateway with Smart Home Manager. Here's how:
Don't have the Smart Home Manager app? You can have all your network info at your fingertips. Manage your network using Smart Home Manager from your computer. Or download the app from the Apple App store or Google Play store.
Restart your gateway manually
Remove the power cord from the back of your gateway, and the internal battery backup, if you use one.
Wait at least 20 seconds.
Put the battery back in (if there is one), then plug the power cord in.
Your services should come back on within 10 to 15 minutes.
