How to get specialized customer support

Wireless phone support

Have a disability and wireless service with us? You can get specialized support through the National Center for Customers with Disabilities (NCCD). For example, you can get help receiving your bill in an accessible format like Braille or large print. You can also get answers to questions about:

  • Braille billing
  • Text and data plans for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability
  • Equipment and accessories
  • Features and services
  • Calling plans that fit your needs

You can call the NCCD from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, at 866.241.6568. Using a teletypewriter (TTY)? Call 866.241.6567.
