Pay a balance online or over the phone for family or friends

Pay online using a credit or debit card.
  1. Sign in to att.com/myprepaid.
  2. Go to Give a Gift.
  3. Enter the 10-digit wireless phone number for the AT&T PREPAID customer receiving the gift.
  4. Follow the prompts to make a payment.

You can pay by phone using a credit or debit card, or an AT&T PREPAID Card.
  1. Call 800.901.9878.
  2. Enter the 10-digit wireless phone number for the AT&T PREPAID customer receiving the gift.
  3. Choose Balance & payments.
  4. Follow the prompts to make a payment.

Pay a balance with an AT&T PREPAID Card for family and friends

You can purchase an AT&T PREPAID Card at an AT&T store or at one of more than 200,000 authorized locations such as:
  • Walmart
  • CVS
  • Best Buy
  • Target
A person with AT&T PREPAID can then use the AT&T PREPAID Card to pay their account balance.
