About AT&T Certified Pre-Owned phones

AT&T Certified Pre-Owned phones have typically been used by a prior owner for several months or more before being returned. They may have noticeable blemishes, such as minor scratches or dents, and may have repaired or replaced parts. AT&T Certified Pre-Owned phones may be purchased on att.com and amazon.com.

Phones are tested and inspected prior to resale. Personal information is removed and the latest operating system software installed.

They don’t come with a warranty but can be returned if needed during the 14-day return period.

AT&T Certified Pre-Owned phones are different from AT&T Certified Restore phones which are like-new and generally have been used for a shorter period of time, and have been refurbished to appear almost as good as new.

Returns

If your order is not exactly what you were hoping for, you can return or exchange it for another product. Our 14- day return policy applies to all orders. See AT&T Return Policy for details.

For orders placed online, there will be no restocking fee for returns made within the 14-day return policy. If you placed your order online and picked up in store, you must return to a company-owned retail store in order to have the restocking fee waived. Waiver of fee subject to change.

To return phones purchased on att.com, you can visit a nearby AT&T store or ship back to AT&T with the prepaid return shipping label. Make sure to include all original packaging and components such as battery, charger, manual, etc. At this time exchanges can only be completed in company-owned stores.

To return phones purchased on Amazon, visit amazon.com and request a return. Any full or partial refund, if applicable, will be issued by AT&T and processed by Amazon.
