Change address when you move

If you moved, learn how to verify and update the billing, primary place of use (PPU), and e911 addresses for your wireless account.

Billing address

The billing address is where we mail a paper bill or other correspondence. This address can be a P.O. Box.

FYI: If your account is less than 30 days old or your first payment hasn't been processed, you won't be able to update the billing address on your account.

Place of primary use

Your place of primary use address determines the tax rates on your wireless bill. This must be a physical address and can't be a P.O. Box. The address may be different for each user or device on the account.

Your e911 address is the address that is used when you utilize Wi-Fi calling.  This address helps locate you in case of emergencies.

Note: You’ll need to first enable this on your device and add your address.  Once added on your device, you can then manage this address in Profile.
