About bill ready notifications

Learn how to update bill ready notifications. These notifications let you know when your bill is ready.

How to update bill ready notifications

  1. Go to Profile > Communication preferences.
  2. If you have more than one account, select the account to update from the dropdown at the top.
  3. In the Bill ready section, select Edit.
  4. Use the toggle to update your text message notification status and complete any additional fields if prompted.  
  5. Save your changes.

Note: We will always send bill ready notifications to your billing email address.
