DETAILED STEPS

Remove AT&T AntiVirus Plus from your PC

First, you’ll need to cancel your subscription to AntiVirus Plus. Then you can uninstall it from your Windows PC.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to AT&T Internet Security Management.
  2. Enter your AT&T User ID and password. Forgot your password? Not a problem.
  3. Select Disable my subscription.
  4. Choose Yes, disable my Internet security. AT&T AntiVirus Plus is now disabled.

Uninstall AntiVirus Plus

Now that you’ve canceled your subscription, you can uninstall AT&T AntiVirus Plus. Here’s how:

  1. Close all other applications.
  2. Select Control Panel from the Start menu.
  3. Select Programs.
  4. Choose McAfee Security Center from the list of programs.
  5. Select Uninstall or Remove.
  6. Select all components to uninstall.
  7. Select Restart now to complete the process.
