Learn how to sign up for AutoPay and qualify to receive $5 off for 12 months after you have ordered an All-Included TV offer on or after November 12, 2017.

Qualify for $5 off for 12 months with both All-Included TV offer and AutoPay

If you order an All-Included TV package (DIRECTV1 or U-verse TV2) on or after November 12, 2017, you will receive promotional pricing for 12 months with a 24-month DIRECTV commitment, or a 12-month U-verse TV commitment.3

Sign up for AutoPay with the All-Included TV offer to receive $5 off the package price for 12 months. The discount will match the promotional pricing period of the package offer. In order to qualify, you must:
  • Order an All-Included TV package on or after November 12, 2017
  • Sign up for AutoPay within 30 days of activating your All-Included TV service
  • $5/mo. discount for 12 months is instant and AutoPay requirement is waived for online orders on att.com only.

When will I receive the $5 off?
Discount will apply on the bill in one to three billing cycles after signing up for AutoPay. Any eligible credits from previous months will be applied at that time. If you placed your order on att.com, the discount is instant and there is no requirement to sign up for AutoPay.

Note: If at any time during the offer period you are no longer enrolled in AutoPay (for example, if your credit card expires) the $5 credit is removed if not corrected within 30 days.

Sign up for AutoPay

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Select Billing and payment options.
  3. Select Manage payment activity and options.
  4. Under the AutoPay section, select Sign up for AutoPay.
  5. If you have multiple accounts, select the account to enroll in AutoPay. 
  6. Select a payment method and complete any necessary fields.
  7. Select Continue.
  8. Review your enrollment information and select Submit

Note: It can take up to two months for your automatic payments to start once you sign up. Continue to pay as usual until you see AutoPay on your printed or paperless bill in the Bill-At-A-Glance section, under Amount to be Debited.

Note: Bills not paid in full by the payment due date will incur a late payment charge.

Can I get my late fees or overage charges waived if I am impacted by COVID-19?

We know that many people are experiencing economic hardships as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
AT&T is keeping you connected 24/7. As part of this effort, we'll waive:
  • Late payment fees for postpaid wireless, home phone, internet, U-verse TV, and DIRECTV.
  • Domestic postpaid wireless plan overage charges for data, talk, or text.
Have your user ID and password ready to submit a waiver request.

Please allow one to two billing cycles to see your credit, if applicable.

This waiver applies to these fees or charges incurred from March 13, 2020 to May 13, 2020.
You’ll see the fees or charges on your bill, but we’ll give you a credit to cover them.
